At Planet Sub, the health and safety of our Customers and our Crew Members are our number one priority. In our restaurant, we emphasize the procedures to enforce our high standards in the areas of cleanliness and health. Some of the most important areas of focus are ensuring that our excellent hand-washing practices are appropriately followed. Crew Members who are not feeling well are asked to stay home. We are frequently disinfecting commonly touched surfaces in all areas of the Planet Sub.
To keep our Customers and Crew Members safe, we have transitioned to curbside operations. This means we will bring your order out to your vehicle. At this time we don’t allow any Customers inside our location.
Our additional safety measures include wearing protective gloves and changing the gloves after each customer interaction. In the future we will follow guideline changes as best as our means are capable as there are shortages of Health Personal Protection Equipment.
Everyday, we are checking in with local news efforts and CDC postings, and other health department information to make sure we are in compliance. This is to aid in limiting the spread of the Coronavirus and staying on the forefront of knowledge surrounding our current situation.
