To our loyal customers and automotive families: The Reed Automotive Group is complying with local government in order to help stop the spread of COVID-19. Auto Repair, Auto Supply, and related Facilities were expressly identified as Essential Businesses, and we have adjusted our staffing and department availability in order to obey our governmental leadership. Effective Tuesday, March 24, all Reed Automotive Group Sales departments will be closed for traditional in-person, in-store sales. Sales activities will be conducted by appointment only, for those customers who are in need, and all activities will be modified to comply with COVID-19 standards of social distancing and sanitation. All of Reed Automotive Group’s Service, Parts, and Collision departments fall under “Auto Repair or Auto Supply” and will remain open, with modified hours and increased safety precautions. We kindly ask that you co-operate with these safety precautions for the good of our community. Please refrain from any physical contact with any Reed Auto Team Member and maintain a distance of 6 feet while speaking with your service advisor, Collision estimator, Parts advisor, or vehicle technician. We have made special hours for our Vulnerable (elderly or those with underlying health conditions or concerns) customers, so that we may better serve them; we also ask that you respect these hours and those community members who need that help. Saturday – 8:00 am – 2:00 pm
Vulnerable Customer Only hours: 8:00 am-9:00 am Monday through Saturday.
